§ 106-491. Schedule of rates.

The city commission, pursuant to article 12 of the City Charter, hereby fixes and establishes the rate schedules entitled "Bay City Electric Light & Power Electric 2018 Rate Schedule," "Bay City Electric Light & Power Electric 2019 Rate Schedule" and "Bay City Electric Light & Power Electric 2020 Rate Schedule" to be charged to all customers of Bay City Electric Light & Power for the provision of electric service.

A copy of the Bay City Electric Light & Power Service Rate Schedule is available for review in the office of the city clerk, City Hall, 301 Washington Avenue, Bay City, Michigan 48708 and is available on the city website: baycitymi.org.
