§ 106-402. Permit holder to install service pipe from stop box to premises at own expense.

Each person obtaining a water connection permit under this article shall install, at his own expense, that portion of the service pipe which leads from the city stop box, approximately 18 inches outside of the sidewalk, to the premises.
