§ 106-146. Notice by user regarding wastes that are otherwise hazardous.

Any nondomestic user that discharges to the POTW a substance that, if disposed of other than by discharge to the POTW, would be a hazardous waste under 40 CFR Part 261 or under the rules promulgated under the state hazardous waste management act (Part 111 of Act 451 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1994, MCL §§ 324.11101 et seq., as amended) shall notify the POTW superintendent, the U.S. EPA Region V Waste Management Division Director, and the state hazardous waste authorities of the discharge as required by MAC R 323.2310(15).
