§ 106-311. Procedures available.

Any person aggrieved by a notice of violation, order, or other action taken by the POTW superintendent under this article may request review and reconsideration by the POTW superintendent and/or may appeal to the wastewater board of appeals as provided by this division. If review and reconsideration or appeal is not properly and timely requested in connection with an action as provided by this division, the action shall be deemed final. The person requesting the appeal shall pay an appeal fee in the amount determined from time to time by the city. The appeal fee shall be paid at the time that the appeal is requested.
