§ 102-196. Responsibility of employees for violations of chapter.

Every agent, manager, conductor, engineer, driver or other employee of any railroad company, who shall assist, engage in, direct or knowingly permit the violation of any of the provisions of this article shall, on conviction thereof, be punished as provided by section 1-15 of this Code.
