§ 102-90. Special provisions for loading and unloading in commercial districts.

Trucks delivering or receiving merchandise in commercial districts, as classified
by the zoning chapter of this Code, may double park, when necessary, parallel to the
curb during actual loading or unloading operations, but no truck shall be double parked
at any time if there is curb parking space available, and in no case shall a truck
be angle parked without permission from the police department. No truck shall stop
in the commercial districts for the purpose of loading or unloading, on any day, except
Sundays, between the hours of 3:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., except express and mail trucks
used in the collection of money or mail.
